Shipping

All orders are shipped from Denmark, either directly from our shop in Frederiksberg C or our fulfillment partner. When your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.

We offer shipping worldwide, using GLS or PostNord.

Delivery time & costs
We dispatch all orders within 5 business days.

Shipping to Denmark: 44 DKK (Expected delivery time: 2-8 days)
Shipping to Europe: €18 (Expected delivery time: 3-14 days)
Shipping outside EU: €21 (Expected delivery time: 14-21 days)
Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times.

Please note! We cannot take responsibility for any delays, which are out of our control, like customs delays etc.
All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout, however, please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day refund upon receipt of the package, if you change your mind.

The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping items back to us.
Important! Returns and exchanges are carried out at your own risk and expense (the shipping costs are to be paid by you). If items are damaged on return to us, we will only be able to offer a 50% refund.

Colours
We cannot guarantee that the colours shown on the website exactly reflects the colours on the actual products. The colours seen on the website will depend on your screen. Furthermore, all our Lino Prints are printed by hand, and therefore each print will differ slightly in colour density.

Methods of payment
We accept payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and PayPal. It is also possible to make payment via a bank/wire transfer, please get in touch for further details.
